I searched and did not find out for sure. I have a modded DX harness is my 9 rex now. The car is missing so I ordered a SI harness from a 90 rex. Will it work in conjunction with the DX stuff in there now? After talking with the previous owner it seems this problem with it missin seems to be in time when the emotor swap was done

 

As you can see, I have alot tof work ahead of me. As far as the stuttering problem, it is only a part throttle. At WOT... it apears to be gone. He says alot of things have been replaced, ecu, dizzy, wires, plugs ect. My freind wonders if maybe he screwed up the firing order of the injectors... thus part of the reason for the harness. Wires are really all over. Another thing to point out is thata he said he only has one o2 sensor hooked up but cmails he has a chip to suppport this. Another thing to point out is thata I noticed my temp gauge is not working. I am not sure if it is cause the gauge swap, or if it is the sender. I am kinda at a loss and to be honest this is the reason he sold me the car. He was fed up. He is kinda a hillbilly not super mechanicaly knowledgable. Butt again, all these problems seem to have happened when he altered the harness to get rid of the dual point setup

 

the si harness will NOT work with the dx harness. the main plugs are different i believe. the si harness just has more wires and a bigger plug than the dx does.

 

damn that sucks... any advice on how to correct al this? the wiring just looks like *** and I want to make sure all is correct

What if I locate the SI ecu harness... would all be well with the world then?
