I have a jdm d15b in a 1992 civic vx, I am using a p08 ecu and I am running a 5 wire O2 sensor. I just barely failed emissions because my NOx was about 2000 points too high. My engine did not come with an egr valve on it so my question is how can I pass my emission test and does my engine have a port for an egr valve on the block? If it does I can use my vx intake manifold which has an egr valve on it right?

try running a p28 with a 4 wire o2

 

doesnt the egr valve play a huge role in NOx though, I thought I would need one to pass?
