ah... yeah they seem to have articles for everything.

i think i'm gonna use an s2k antenna until i get my paintjob, then just shave off the whole antenna mast and remove the motor. probably get an internal antenna hooked up to my head unit..

I had a cheap *** like 12 dollar one on my old teg, I replaced cuz the ex wanted to go to the drive-in, and my antenna that was on it was broken. IMO for ther 12 bucks it looked good, and reception was awesome.... granted I usually listen to cds, and Sirius, thanks to x-mas.

dude, go to O'Riely auto parts or something that you have wherever you are and ask for a telescoping antenna mast... then follow the instructions on the back of it... if you dont want it then just put a silver or black cap in it incase you want to re-sel in the future or actually want an intenna... you coudl get an internal intenna but they suck

yeah, i had the s2k antenna on my car...i ran speaker wire all over the place trying to get reception on my radio. I was only able to get 4 radio stations...none that I actually wanted to listen to though. Dont get me wrong, It looks nice on the teg, but if you use a car cover, it starts to bend. I eventually took mine off.

I got my S2000 style antenna from http://www.locustom.com. It was easy to install without modification, and it's amplified.

If you're planning to shave off your antenna and get a hidden internal one why not just get it now. As for the hole just use the plug from the JDM ITR. Then you could save yourself the money you would have spent on the S2K antenna that you would eventually get rid of anyways.

I got that locustom one too.

Took 5 mins to take off the old motor and plug that one in. The same if not better reception than stock.

Took me no time at all. Took out the motor. Cut off the antenna down the where its big enough to fit the bottom of the antenna (the threads) and clamped it in. Now noone can steal it.
