Default lsvtec in a crx wiring question

I bought a gutted crx shell and I put a lsvtec swap in it. The motor is already in and I am trying to wire it up. I need to convert it to MPFI. My problem is that there are several wires missing in the plugs that go into the ecu. I thought about just swapping the entire wiring out of the car but that seems a little impossible. I thought about finding where the missing wires are cut at and make those wires longer but I wouldnt know where they would go and if I did that I would still have to convert it to MPFI. Anybody have any thoughts on what I should do?
