ECU fuse keeps blowing

ECU fuse keeps blowing
88 CRX Si. ecu fuse keeps blowing. i have no spark, fuel, nor injector signal. changed cap, rotor, coil, ignitor and main relay. can anybody shed some light on this?

thanks for the reply. i just found out that it was the ecu. my friend swapped with a ecu from a dx (88-91). it ran like ****, but we had fuel, spark and injector signal. he later swapped out with a si ecu and ran perfectly.
