Default Intermediate shaft and axle fitment (EF)

Helo gurus.

I am dropping in a b20vtec with a hydro b16a trans into an ef (91 dx).
I am also using the hasport hydro to cable kit.

The b16a trans came with the intermediate shaft and the axles, which have abs. Would i be able to use the half shaft and the axles in my swap?

First off, *axles* don't have abs afaik, neither does the 2000 civic Si, my dad has one, no ABS. I think you need some DA teg axles, but I'm not definite. Do a search, pretty sure everybody and his mother on HT have done B swaps.

the axles do have the abs on them. I know there are people here that have done swaps but what im tring to find out is if i could use the axles in my swap along with the half shaft. i have read a few differen things around the net such as i can use any axles as long as the half shaft and the axles are the same, or that i can mix the b1a2 halfshaft with DA axles. i dont know what to believe.

you can use everything you have, if the axles match the intermediate shaft they will fit , abs will just have the rings on them but fitment is the same

I would say so.

I just tried to bolt up a 94+ intermediate shaft to my cable trans and it didn't work. So you're in the clear as long as you have the correct intermediate shaft for your trans.

And you'll at least need 94+ DC Integra axles, and not the DA as the d-side shaft has a male end for the intermediate shaft and teh DC's have a female socket.
