but for those who don't exactly know how to do that.....
1: go to http://www.irfanview.com/ and click on the download link
2: install
3: open program then go to "file" then open the pic
4: go to "image" to open drop down menu, go down to "resize/resample" Or just simply hit ctrl + p
( this should be a sticky

I like the lude wheels as well
Plus, if you leave on the lude wheels, you can DD on them and not give a **** what happens, then put back on your ITR wheels when/if you decide to sell, thus upping the resale

Better way to do it is download http://download.microsoft.com/...p.exe
installl it, right click the pic and resize.
