Default skunk2 pro1 in b18c1 clearance problems?

i am about to put them in, but before i do i have a couple questions.

is that amount of lift enough that i need to worry about piston to valve clearence on a slightly milled b18c1 w/ JDM ITR pistons? i am using oem headgasket so i have alil more room as well.

Do people actually get the valve reliefs cut bigger on OEM pistons? let me know.
anyone with some pro1 experiences please chime in asap. thnx

I have run them on a b18c1 with itr pistons, 2 layer head gasket and about .0012 total milling off the head and block.. . Vtec hits and the valves dont.. The gears are at +1 +1.
