my friend bought a v-afac from some kid about 6months ago, he just getting around to hooking it up, but he says you have to enter a password, and doesnt have the kids number anymore, is there a way to reset the password?

he says its like the 2nd v-afac they came out with or something. v-afac ll?perhaps??

 

I believe you have to have the owners manual. And as far as calling Apexi...who knows if they'll give it to you. This was designed to discourage theft.
