Default Valvetrain/misc qusetions for a mild NA B16a

I have a B16a that has CTR pistons and cams, and a bigger no name intake manifold. Im rebuilding it with all new gaskets and seals and tighting everything down to torque spec becuase I dont trust the guy hat had the motor. But it was my stolen motor and he put all that stuff in it then got to drive it for like a week then I got it back. But my question is what valves/retainers/springs should I use? Would I be able to get away with just springs? What spring rate should I use? Also how much whp do you think that setup will put down with adequate tuning with a Y1 with LSD and a exedy organic clutch? What else should I do while I have the motor apart?

I would get RM valvesprings and retainers because that is what I have in my b16. If I were you and you plan on revving past 8200 then I would get atleast valvesprings and retainers. Email Rocket and he can help you out with choosing the right rate for you!! You might want to port the head and get a thinner headgasket while its off. As for how much you would make that all depends on how much you do to it, the tune and how healthy your motor is. But good luck with it!!
