NEED HELP WITH NOx

CRX with Too HIGH Nox NEEDS HELP TO B.A.R
I got a 1990 crx with an 90 b18a1 in it, i took it to the Ref the 1st time and it failed emissions, because of the Nox, i replaced the cat, and did a fuel injection cleaning, and set the timing to Spec's and the Nox is still high, is there anything you can recomend to bring my Nox down Thanks
