Default Oil pump failure?

Ever since I got this damn swap, it been a night mare. I crank my engine, watch the oil light stay on for 20 seconds. When I'm driving it flick on and off. Today I was driving and all a sudden my engine has a deeper tone to it. The gas pedal feels really heavy now. When I push it the car doesn't want to go no where. Its worst when vtec kicks in. When I reach vtec engage point it fuel like vtec is choking or a fuel cut. What is happen to the poor h22a?

I never understand people. If your engine starts running bad....why oh why would you try to push it harder and into 5k+ rpms? If its not running right, fix it before you make it worse. But I'm probably too late to tell you that.

Oh yeah I should fix it before pushing on it huh? Why won't I start ripping my engine apart and replace every little thing. Oh yeah I forgot why i'm on Honda-Tech asking about the problem so I can get to fixing the problem.

Hes right about not pushing your car if its running abnormal dude that is just retarded. As for your swap you should have changed your oil pump and timing belt when they had the motor out of the car.. if this clown is stupid enuf to race his engine when is messed up, then maybe you should check your dipstick and see if there is any oil in the car. start small move from there. Why trash hondamotorsonline, when user error is most likely to blame. They have a pretty good rep from what i have heard..

yeah your right why blame. If you read my reply you idiot I never did blamed hmo.com. If you knew half of my story you wouldn't be talking like i'm the fool. Remember its what you heard. When you acutally purchase a motor from them, thats the part that counts. Half of you fools around here thinks your too smart to reply to questions around here. Yet your the first one to put somebody down. *** wipe think you ******* the **** just because you bought a honda euipped with dohc vtec. Please like i really care.

Things to check

1)Oil level
2)Spark plugs (take a flashlight and peek in as well)
3)Check for particles in the oil (drain a little bit out)
4)Your attitude

How many miles on the car? mods? was it running ok before this?
