Ok im new to cars a bit, and i was wondering, what all is needed in a Stock 91 si CRX to B16 Motor? I know this has been posted alot, but i used the search and couldnt find what i was looking for. Im looking for what parts would need to be bought/ witched out. Thank you for helpin a newbie out :D
Ok you will need:
Mount Kit: Hasport, HCP, or place racing
Shift linkage: you can get this from the above mentioned places or cut and weld your own
Axles: depends on the intermediate shaft you get with the motor..most likely 90-93 teg axles
Motor, trans, ecu...usually comes as a package from the importer
You will also need to run 4 wires for VTEC pressure, VTEC solenoid, Knock sensor, and the secondary O2 sensor.
You might also have to extend a few wires on your stok harness..so it is a good
idea to have some extra wire and soldering equipment.
90 integra lower radiator hose and a length of hose the same diameter for the upper part.
A shop manual is always helpful as is a second set of hands.
I would also recommend replacing, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, any hoses that look worn or dry rotted. Replace the alternator belt and the clutch.

wow. How much would all that cost me? Around a few grand? Also who makes turbo kits for the Stock Motor, if anyone? What about for B16? Also where is a good place to have a motor imported from? Thank you.
Probably between 2000-2500.
Drag makes a Gen 2 turbo kit for the stock d16a6 as does Revhard and Fmax
All three of these companies make turbo kits for the b16.
You could also piece together a custom kit if you wanted to.
