Default Torque specs for Skunk2 cam gears?

I just picked up a set of used Skunk2 cam gears for my ZC and was wondering if there is a specific torque spec for the 6 locking bolts on them since they came without any kind of directions/instructions and i don't want to do something stupid like stripping the bolts or not tightening them enough and having them slip. Also, once I get them set, would lock-tite be a good idea?

5-6 ft/lbs is about right for each one. Tighen like a set of lug nuts. (cross)

Locktite is a good idea, but it can cause the allen key to strip when you try to remove it.
