Are these OEM euro foglights??
If you're talking about the holes underneath the corner lights, they are ducts to the brakes. The middle "high beam" lights are converted into daytime running lights on that teg, which can be done if you search and do some wiring.
Thats a UKDM front bumper. Ive never seen those foglights before. so im not positive. they could just me a set of jdm fogs modified to fit in those holes, or they could just be UKDM foglights.
no idea where to get them
definatly not feelin the HUGE airduct in the front bumper.....

your an idiot. those are fog lights.
to original poster: those are Euro only i believe. if you can find some kind of supplier form europe then you can try getting them from him. other than that, they would be kind of hard to get.

I guess I am an idiot...they really look like holes to me for some reason, i guess they could be lenses in that gray area since that is the consensus. Sorry for the misinfo.

yeah those are foglights. Many of the ITR race cars in Europe they use that as a vent to the brakes and such.... Also those Daytime running lights are not converted, all the car in the European countries come stock with those due to their fog.
That is h-t username Dr.pooface's type r. Its a 2001 canadian I believe, it has ukdm fogs.
And the hole in the bumper is for a pretty big oil cooler. The car is turbo and set up for road racing.
