02 Wiring HELP!

02 Wiring HELP!
I am trying to wire a new 02 sensor I bought for my 94 GSR in my EG.
There are 2 black wires..does it matter which goes where on the ecu pinouts?
This is what I know about the wires off the 02
<U>Wire</U> <U>Function</U>
White 02 Sensor Signal
Green Ground
There are 2 black wires off it...one is a 02 Sensor Heater Control and one is power...how do I know which is which or does it not matter if you mix them up??? Thanks
