Any decent machine shop can do it.
I love machining plastics like Delrin it's a dream.

 

What machine shop can't cut Delrin? That stuff is butter.

anyone can machine delrin, you can go find somone with a little mini mill and it would do it... i can see it now, people are gonna buy the hf/grizzly/etc. machine and convert it over to ballscrews and cnc the bitch lol
