UPC/torque/advice?
Ok, i have changed my upper control arm and followed the torque specification from the manual. The nut i'm referring to is the SELF-LOCKING NUT (10X1.25) 22 lb-ft. There is two of them in each side. They are the ones that hold the camber kit to the control arm if you got one.
Either or i left it at a spec and now when i hit a bigger bump i think that my control arm hits the upper body. It makes a nice and loud sound. Should i torque the nut to the higher spec? I had them real tight before on the aftermarket control arms but since i have put OEM control arms i wanted everything to be up to the spec.
Did anyone have similar experience and what did you do?
