i have a 94 hatch that i just bought and the clock has not worked since i bought it...ive tried searching but i cant find which fuse the clock would be connected to....any help is appreciated

just buy a new one from the junkyard

 

it doesnt turn on? or it doesnt remember the time and resets to 1:00 everytime u restart the car.

and why would i go to a junk yard if i dont know what the problem is yet?

Not to thread jack, but thats exactly what mine does. The previous owner installed[horrible job at that] an aftermarket stereo, any chance of telling me how to solve the problem?

 

i have the ame in mine....someone replaced the stereo....im thinking of just pulklking everything out and makin sure they didnt just screw up the wiring....but i wanted to see if there was a specific fuse to check first

Same here. I am gathering all the wiring diagrams that I need and I will make a new thread about this problem so we can all try to figure it out. Apparently I'm not the only one. I'm sick of having my clock reset to 1:00 everytime I start my car

 

my clock is not reseting!!!!!!

it doesnt turn on at all at anytime

your clock is resetting bc the 12volts constant power line does not have power, probably bc of a fuse or someone hacking a wire when doing a stereo install

 

if you ned the clock itself my friend has one for sale for $15 shipped

lmao. This thread is rediculous how no one is atleast attempting your question.

Does the clock when you push all the buttons at once (when the car is off, you can push on that flap the pulls down and make it light up).

Here is a thread I found that displays the fuses.. The fuses on the interior are the ones we want to look at. The only fuse I could see affecting the clock is the 'radio/ciggerette lighter'. Looks like it's a 10amp. Try checking that. Good luck.

check the wiring going to the clock

 

There is an under hood fuse also...

This could be affecting ALL of the people on this thread...

I recently had the resetting problem (display was also dim as if the headlights where one)...

If your underdash fuse is OK and the underhood dash is bad you will get the reseting prob.

If BOTH fuses or JUST the underdash fuse is blown then there will be NO power...

If you look at the circuit diagram in the Helms it's VERY clear.
