I have 2 ballasts from a 2001 Acura CL TypeS. They are both in excellent working codition, thet except either D2R or D2S bulbs. Can get pics upon request. Asking $85 picked up or $95 shipped. Just trying to clean out the basement of stuff I don't need no more.

Its just the ballasts, I thought with oem systems the ignitor was built in. When we changed the headlights all we had to do is put the old bulb in, the ballasts were already in. I took them out myself and that was the only thing inside the housing.

what do i need to install this in a 9007 halogen projector ? I am looking for direct install. Do i need anything else other than 2 bulbs ?

 

not sure on what else you need, since they are projectors you need to use D2S bulbs.

they actually need D2R bulbs.

I thought d2r bulbs were for reflector housing and d2s was projector housing.
