This is what I use too, works well. I haven't really tested the difference, but the Synpower does have better numbers in terms of wet/dry boiling point, and you can find it at any auto parts store.

Some people like ATE Super Blue because it works well and it's easy to tell when the old fluid is out of your system.

Motul RBF600

Check out the brake fluids specifications here:
StopTech: Brake Fluid 1A

If you are not tracking the car, any DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid is fine. Just change it from time to time.

Motul RBF 600. Its boiling points are much, much higher than ATE, and it's only a few bucks difference in price.

You can look up the boiling points and prices for most popular brake fluids in this topic.

so the way to replace your brake fluid completely is to take out all the existing brake fluid in the reservior with for example a syringe, and pour in the new fluid and bleed all 4 brakes till the new fluid comes out right??

You don't need to take out the brake fluid from the resevoir. Just start bleeding and as the level goes down, add some new fluid, and after a little while all your old fluid will have been flushed out. Just keep an eye out of whats coming out of the bleeder valve and stop when you have no bubbles and you notice your new brake fluid is coming out. The first one will take the longest, cause its the farthest side, but it gets shorter after that.

Here's a how-to, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=914614
