need help vtec not opening up on b16a2
on my 99 civic si its idling high sometimes and my vtecs not opening up when it should be engaging. People have told me that my vafc is giving it to much fuel.

Did you expletive around with the settings on the VAFC not knowing what the consequences would be? If you changed anything without the aid of a dyno or a wideband I can guarantee that you hurt the performance of your already lackluster econobox.

I know my old JDM B16A2 had to wait to get running temp before it would work...You said sometimes it wouldn't open. Do you mean when you first start it?
