Do both wheel spins freely ?

People are going to tell you to take the dust rings out, if you already have done that ( like I have done in the past ) the only thing I came up with was an axle spacer I made.

Basically when you tighten the axle nut down, the axle gets pushed into the hub/knuckle causing the wheel not to spin.

Did you take out the dust rings like 90blackcrx mentioned? What axles are you using?

it doesn't mean it has to spin

I did a stupid thing when I did my first b16 swap by myself. I installed the passenger side on the driver, it when in like butter, but the other side was a bitch. I had to use a old wheel to get in. Like I said I had them backwards, fucked the splines. Its a long shot but it could be your problem.
