I'm talking about the exhaust only. Say if I were to put a 2dr exhaust on a 4dr integra with everything else the same (cat, mid piece, etc...) would it bolt right up and fit like the regular 4dr exhaust.

no the 4 doors are just a couple inches bigger, i think most people weld like a 2 inch pipe to it to make it fit, i dont know if its 2 inches or not im just guessing.

I know that the axleback (muffler portion) is interchangeable between the 2. The only difference I see is that the muffler tip from the 4dr is a bit longer.

I know on GSR's, a 4door exhaust is longer than a 2 door exhaust

When i got my greddy evo2 exhaust, i ordered it for a 4 door and got it cut and welded together..

Midpipe is about 3 inches bigger for the 4 dr then the 2 door...

Reason i did it was because of the silencers on the 2 dr there is only one.. where as the 4 door has 2... when at idle you can hardly hear my car... ive had people make fun of my exhaust.. they walk up to my car and go "damn is it runnning"... it gives a little bit of a lower tone and sounds soo nice.. ive gotten many complements...

SO quick answer... 4dr mid pipe is about 3-4 inches longer then the 2dr...

if it's for a 94-99 gsr the exhaust will be too long. the gsr has a shorter header and longer exhaust.
