does it matter which wire of vtec oil press. goes to grnd and which to +

does it matter which wire goes to + and which to - on the oil press switch on the solenoid..

Logically it's a switch, connection or no connection. so it doesn't matter which wire goes where. All though most run the black wire to ground.

ok just wondering cause i dont have oem plug for it so colors are different.

doesn't matter... i've tried both and i think mine is still backwards. black isn't on the ground. but just do it for peace of mind.
