Difference between 96-98 front end and 99-00 front end
alot of times people are doing front end conversions.what makes the newer front end look better the headlight? also when u do the conversion ur supposed to use 99-00 parts is the si front same as other 99-00 civics?
people like the headlights. maybe how the fog lights look also.. personally i like the 96-98 fog lights since everyone has a 99-00.... 99-00 parts are same difference

Wrong. The fenders, hood, grille and bumper are all shaped differently to accomodate the differently shaped headlights. Also, the 99-00 has a 3 "grille" opening on the bumper with a smaller center hole where the 96-98 has a single larger opening.

The Si has an additional chin spoiler bolted to the bottom of the bumper, and a different upper grille. Everything else is the same.
