need torque specs!

ok guys i need that torque specs for the lcas on a 2000 gsr. and any other torque specs for the suspension. thnaks guys in advance.

Since you're doing a lot of work on your own car, you really need to get a service manual. You can buy one here. Best investment you will ever make in your car.
