89mm crank (micropolished and balanced)????

I would like to know so i have a idea... i'm building my lsvtec so i need this kind of information???

If i use .25mm over itr pistons it will work fine with the 82mm lsvtec kit right???

I'm really hoping for 200whp, but I'm tuning on a different dyno, so who knows what I'll put down. Really, I just want the A/F buttoned up, as well as the timing.

I'll have to find my reciept from the machine shop, but with everything I had done, the total was around $600. Then again, I DID get alot of work done.

Also, to answer your question pertaining the pistons, yes, that will work perfectly. In fact, many engine builders will recommend such a setup, so as to not have any part of the head gasket hanging over into the cylinder.

Good luck everyone.

Where can i find more information about oversizing and buying these kits for it? And what cam and piston combos are good that dont bump up compression to high? i want to be able to run it daily on 91-93 octane.

From reading a few other LSVTEC setups ive seen that a lot of people use and or recommend using P30 or PR3 pistons, and i believe that there C/R is around mid 11's to low 12's

I finally got almost everything for my build up...
Today i Bought Crower Stage 3 cams, JE .20 over pistons,MSD ignition for a really low low price...
The engine will be taken apart tomorrow after work... and then send it to get some machine work... The guy of the shop has a 9sec street class EK i mean he can go to wendys and buy Food.. and this is what he told me::::

If you want a good good sep up here it's what we gotta do you gotta take the block apart give me the flywheel that you will use, pistons, rods (with the ARP rod bolts already),Crank pulley so the machine shop can balance the crank the way it's should be done... They will balance, blue printed, polish, shaved, 12000rpm (safe crank) etc etc to your sep up.. and trust me you will pull like crazy people with the same sep up like you just because you did the block the right way... So think about it.

There is not ability. i'm just saying that the guy build cars and he know what he is doing... that it's not really easy to see a 9.205 sec. EK rolling on 15'' GSR blades on the streets and then you see it runing on 20'' slicks at the track doing low 9sec.. that my point...
