what size are the hardware holding the Sol seats to the seat pans, i know theres four of them, i was wondering if i can use the sol hardware on my ek

bump cmon delsol owners, all i need is the size of the head on the bolts that hold a del sols seats on to the seat pan!!!!!!!!!

 

just go to honda for the correct bolts

 

10 mm bolts, 14mm head

yea that should be for all four of them. my friend has sol seats in his ek. very nice. good luck!

 

I just installed del sol seats into my 00 ex. The sol seats are not a direct fit so you have to swap the ek rails to the sol seats. Not hard but it takes some time.

 

The last time I check, only three of the bolts were the same and the ones closest to the center console (the rear) were different!

I think its the front center console on thats bigger

Are the seats really low? I traded for a EK hatch with del sol seats and they are on the original rails (drilled holes to fit). They sit really really low though.. I'm 6'3 and i can't quite see the hood even..

 

I actually had both these seats in my del sol... Find ek rails because the del sol seats are not a direct bolt on. You’ll figure it out when you try to install them. And as for the bolts, mine were (3) 10mm with a 12 head and (1) was a 14 head with a 12mm thread.

Go to autozone and pick some up.

Sol seats always ride low in civics, that's one reason people don't put civic seats in del sols.

 

yeah deff. a good upgrade i have them in my 98ex. i'm actually looking for a trade back to stock seats if anyone locally is interested.
