well i have a set of toda valve springs that i am going to install soon i was going to going to reuse the itr retainers but people keep on saying to change it and dont cheap out.. now my question what is a good retainer combo for the toda valve springs i am going run S2S2 cams also

 

i have used stock ones befor on my toda springs and never had issues with it and i reved really hight with toda spec B's and C's but then i got JG's and they worked good i have also had portflow ones to.

 

I am using stock retainers with the TODA valve springs, but that si with the TODA As. I think TODA now makes retainers as well...

 

with toda b's and c's i've used portflow Ti and now Rocket Ti...

I wouldn't trust oem to 10k, but that's just me...

I would go with toda Ti if they are available now (they weren't at the time I needed them).

Black R.. how is the Rocket M. compared to the portflow? did u see a lot of wear in the portflow one when u took it off? how much do u think is a reasonable price for a set of Ti retainers? dont want to pay to much for just the brand i searched for toda and it was 220+
