need radio code

Hello everyone. I have recently purchased a Factory Honda Cd player from my friends '00 prelude. It did not contain any code for me to get the thing working so I was wondering if anyone out there can decode it for me.

Can anyone help me? My battery went dead last week and now my cd player is lock and i dont have the code. I looked everywhere glove compartment, fuse, trunk, etc. the only thing i could find was my
serial #M98D307375. Can anyone decode it?
