the passenger seat on my dc 4 won't go all the way back. it will go all the way forward but when you try to put it back it stops were the top rail is even with the bottom rail. i would think that the top rail would slide farther back. any ideas what this could be?

Something has to be blocking the movement. Just take the seat out and flip it upside down and take a look at the rails.

 

it should go back as far as what the drivers seat does, right?

 

Yeah it should..cant speak 100% for the 94+, but i know my 93 passenger side does go back as far as the drivers.
