Can I use the JRSC fmu?
I have the JRSC but I need to get the blower pulley replaced. My question is can I use the FMU, when it's not turning the blower? I'm only turning the alternator for now, until I get my pulley replaced. Sorry if this isn't clear.
FMU is only doing anything when the car is under boost so yes, it will be fine left in there.
On another note, if your car is OBD1, it would be a good idea to ditch that FMU and get a chipped ECU because FMU's are just asking for trouble man........
