IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LS AND GSR REAR MOTOR MOUNT
Like the title said. Is there a difference? I need a rear motor mount, and i was told there is a difference. like the ls one will come up short towards the bottom of the mount
I was told that the ls differ's with the 2 19mm bolts. you will be able to get 1 in, but not the other, like the bottom one. And i am not really okay with having only one in there. Can i get a confirmation that they are the same or not?
Yeah, just the rear mount. I just want to make sure that it is the same as the gsr mount. The ls ones are easier to come by around here. And if they are the same then i will just get one of those? ?

So i got my hands on a rear t mount bracket from a 98 ls i think it was. And the 2 19mm bolt spacing is differn't. There is about a 1/2" spacing difference. So i guess they're not the same after all.

all integras should bolt on the same...

Incorrect. They are all the same. Unless you scored one from an auto. The manual mounts are ALL the same. This I know for a fact.

That has to be it then.. It came off an automatic. That is weak. Yeah, it doesn't fit right. So does that mean if i try to use it, it will not line up correctly? I mean, I can get it to bolt up to the top part of the tranny, one of the 19mm bolts, and then the rear crossmember mounting point. the only bolt that will not go is the bottom 19mm. Can i get away with just using 1??
the idiots that put my motor in before i bought my car did that. in fact, they were only using 2 of 4 rear mount bolts, 1 starter bolt, and 2/3 tranny mount bolts/stud/nut. It wasn't exactly safe i'd say but it worked for me for a while. I did, however, feel alot of jerking from the engine when i shifted hard.

Its not the correct mount. Thats not to say you can't rig it to work, but you should use a manual tranny mount.
