Default 94+ Integra gurus ... please help ID unknown wires

I got a shell and I have a few sets of wires that I do not know what they go to. I took pictures of them, so please help if you can.

Set A: These two wires are located around the rear seat area.

Set B: these connectors are near the roof by the driver side

Set C: is this the only connector that goes to the fuel pump?

Set D: this two wires in the door frame and connect to the door controls, they are cut.

Set E: these wires are comming off from back of the dash

Set F: it looks like something goes here, maybe a door seal or a plastic piece?

Set G: these wires are comming off the back hatch.

please use 'Set X' when describe the wires function.

Thanks,
Nick

I think your pics are a little jumbled, but the wires on the hatch go to the third brake light which you have had removed, the last pic, set G I think

Are you sure Set F is weather stripping? It is hard plastic. I thought the weather stripping was on the edge of the door itself.
