Default Ebay Fog lights

Edit: So I bought a set of Depo's and Now they are for sale...Here's the story http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=1487371

Yea I know the sayings "You get what you pay for blah blah blah." So no need to mention it here. But I would like to know your guy's opinions on Ebay Fog Lights.
1. What do you think is their weakness? (Lenses, bulbs, reflectors)
2. Or do you think they are in no way inferior to the OEM light package.

Here are the ones that I'm thinking to purchase, it comes with a switch and all. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

Also are there any bulb upgrades for Fog lights that you guys use or recommend?

THE only differnece from stanley jdm fogs and ebay fogs is that ebay fogs do not come with instructions!

I got my fog lights for my eg off of ebay. No complaints. They work and fit great. Even came with really good instructions and a factory looking interior switch. Here is a pic, I painted the covers black

The biggest issue you will probobly have with these fog lights is how well they fit in your bumper, ebay body parts usually fit like $hit. Also i had a pair of ebay fog lights and the wires were crazy thin. You cant beat OEM sometimes.

it the same

I had 2 ebay ones and one OEM HONDA!! and they're the same thing

Civic 99 - 00
identical, exept for the OEM ones the "housing" are like GUNMETAL color and the ones from ebay comes in (black, on silver, and some ones on gunmetal)

Civic 92 - 95
they are exactly the same

EVEN the button are the same, or almost exactly

i disagreed with the comentary
"the fit like ****"

because all that i had mount fit perfect , (remember EBAY dont make parts), and the company that made just copy the oem ones, so theres no way they are going to fit like (****) like you said!, =\

But well that your opinion, and this is mine

and some of them doent comes with instructions (its true) that depends on the seller

also the wiring on the ones i had were very good, like oem

but i think this whole issue depend on the company that made them ...

just my 2-1/2 cents, hehe

I had the DEPO ones and they fit perfectly. Just like OEM as far as I could tell. The only thing was the foglight switch was a hair off in its interior color match.

I bought the 96-98 fogs off ebay and I'm very happy with them. They fit fine, came with detailed instructions and everything. That plus they were only $42 to my door.

Try this guy...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

He sells the Stanley/RAYBRIG OEM Fog Lights, at a pretty good price. The only catch is the stupid freaking off-color Fog Light Switch (Light Gray)...

Other than that, instructions are available online...

Good Luck!
