running the JDM EF8 airbox. I was just cleaning it tonight, waiting for it to dry and then I'll be putting on the new airbox sticker. I'll take some pictures when the is actually running.

I like that a lot ^ but I don't want to relocate my battery to the trunk even though I've seen pictures of people running their battery below the stock battery tray. I have stock intake box with a kn drop in filter, its nothing special.

before i found a jdm intake, i ran the d16 box with a DA arm. the DA arm was longer than the stock one, so i had to cut the factory box (arm part).

I am sure there's alot of room for improvement, but with my 2.25 exhaust and stock airbox the car is very quiet.

Just keep in mind that B-series swaps don't like the stock airbox. From my experience, power losses are quite heavy if you decide to ditch a proper intake in favor of the stock airbox.

Yeah, the R motor in mine is probably pretty pissed at me. I have a short ram to put on if I ever get off my *** and do it.

thanks, I had to make brackets for the other 2 mounting points (the airbox only came with the strut tower bracket). So my airbox is bolted down by all 3 points now.

I'm also using an JDM EF8 OEM shaped K&N filter. Took a little research, but I have the K&N part number laying around somewhere.
