For the front you will need the bumper, headlights, and sidemarkers.

The rear, you just need the rear bumper from an 00.

Does not have to be an 00, can be a 98 and up.

i'd stick with the original front and back ends... if it ain't broke, why mess with it necessarily... after all said and done... you're looking at around 500 bucks??? not worth it for me...

headlights off ebay: 120+s/h
corner lights off ebay: 20+s/h
bumpers off ebay: up to 200-300+s/h
all red taillights off ebay: 120+s/h
... paint/color matching: ???

man, if you're going to just change the front... i'd just do a jdm front and go all the way. that's why, really, i'd just stick with what you have

Agreed. $500 bucks + cost to paint match can go a long way for a different modification.

Also just a sidenote since no one else has pointed it out, there is no difference between an ls, gs, gsr, or type r front except for maybe the front bumper having the front lip on it, but any trim can have that added on.
