Default WTB: NSX-R Horn Button Kit

i found it on one site for $209 + shipping and that seems kinda expensive for just a horn button, so i am wondering if anyone else has one for sale or knows where i can find a better price on one? and i need the nsx-r one, not the dc2 b/c the nsx-r sits more flush with the steering wheel. thanks.

this is what it looks like

I don't know if they are they exact ones your looking for but check out icbmotorsprt.com and passwordjdm.com. I know they offer something really similar.

On a side note the trim ring (the black part that goes around the button) is $20 shipped from dali racing, for the OEM Honda part - this is what would make it appear 'flush' with your wheel, you could then use whatever horn button you wanted and get the same look.

Yes they are really that expensive? As far as worth it, they are real! I sell NSX parts for a living at http://www.Scienceofspeed.com Our price is about $249 shipped after intl fees and stuff. We have an awesome deal with horn kit and wheel as a combo for like, i think $389 or close to it but other than that ill see what i can do

vs $159 + $5 shipping from daliracing.com, then grabbing a wheel for $200, or spending $20 shipped for the trim piece from daliracing, then buying a generic H horn button...

OE is expensive, but there are several places that are cheaper than SoS for these parts (especially when sos charges 'international shipping', then regular shipping)

For 1 try and get it for that price, thats way below cost. For 2 the JAPANESE (YEN) fluctuates so much the only way to really keep up is to charge a seperate INTERNATIONAL fee so we can make up the difference. When you get JDM orders in 2-3 times a month its hard to change the website eveytime you get an order in, so yeah we charge INTL fees. We are looking to change it but its hard to come up with an option that fits everyones needs. Yeah there are cheaper places but hey you never know.

Ill get you the actual part number if you want so you can see what you come up with. I dont mind.

I know Dali racing has good pricing for some stuff, but ive heard enough bad stories about them, that I wouldnt take the chance. If youve searched on nsxprime youll know what im talking about. BTW, I have the horn button kit, brand new never opened. Id probably sell it for $200 + shipping.

now, I know this is Kinda off topic, but I am assuming with the 6 hole pattern, this button would fit a Sparco Lap 3 wheel correct?

The set works with a sparco wheel, I have mine installed on a sparco 'ring' suede wheel, you should be fine.
