Im trying to convert my 9004 bulbs to 9007 bulbs and I need to cut two little platic pieces out of the headlamp housing where the bulb fits in. My q's is how do i get that out cuz my hand cant fit in there to see what im doing. Do I have to take off the whole front bumper??

 

Yes, the front bumper needs to be removed to remove the headlights.

 

Cool got the bumper off and got the new 9007s installed but how do I adjust them?? Does someone have a pic of the location of where the gears are??
