Default 98 honda civic EX ( GSR swapa ) fuel cut maybe???

I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX with a GSR swap.

I was driving on the highway the other day and at 4 grand in 5th gear it wouldn't go any higher in rpms.

No matter how far i pushed the gas it would just keep dropping rpm's till it got down to 3k and I could gas it again. Then it would drop at 4 grand again.

I turned my car off and turned it back on while moving and it drove home fine after that. Didn't make another peep.

Now it seems like every couple days it will happen, but as soon as i turn the key off and then on again it fixes it and I don't see it for awhile again.

Any idea what this is??? Its driving me nuts.

Well thats the problem. I have a bad o2 sensor so I have a CEL from that. So after a few moments of driving the light will pop on. It seems to only happen when the CEL is on from the o2 sensor though.

I planned to get this fixed soon, but it makes it hard to trouble shoot.
