civic or integra coilover/shocks?
so i just got my swap back, and because the bseries is so much heavier than the piece of **** d series i had, should i use aftermarket civic or integra shocks/coilovers?
I don't think the difference in weight will require you to replace the springs. I know alot of people that have done the B-series swap and kept the same springs. The Type R swap is alot heavier that the rest of the B motors because of the tranny. Anything else and you should be OK.

the itr tranny weighs the same as any other b series tranny - no difference in them at all other than the itr tranny comes with a factory LSD
unless you are racing the car every weekend you wont' notice that much of a difference in changing the springs at all
just stick with what you have for now
