I'm sorry that I can't really give you a direct answer. Try a general Customer Service line at the track. However, have a blast!! I would love to take my R out on that track for a day, an afternoon, I'd even settle for an hour!! Here's a pic of my girl and I from this summer:

Leguna Seca is my all time favorite track... watch out for that cork screw!!!

Nasa should provide schedules at the track, but you can probably email your regional director http://www.nasaproracing.com (where I assume you registered if its through Nasa). Also they usually send out a bunch of emails once you're registered which usually includes the schedule and any updates. But try contacting the California Northern regional director.

BTW that is one expensive track!

Usually your online NASA acount will tell you what time to get there. The event director will help you from there at the opening drivers meeting. My first track day with my R was at laguna seca, and it was hands-down the most fun I've ever had driving. Just get there early and you should be fine, everyone from nasa is real nice. If you let them know your new, they'll take care of you.
p.s. I've got your cat-heat-shield.
I'm in sacramento
