Default lightened flywheel

i just bought a 9.75 ib flywheel with a clutchmaster fx300 anyone have this setup and im alwasy wondering the pros and cons of a lightened flywheel thanks i appreciate it

u bought the flywheel then ur asking for pros and cons after u made the purchase? We should prolly be helping u with ur order of thinking.
Lightened flywheel makes have faster acceleration, Cons from what i've read and SEARCHED on the board is that u have to shift faster.

Pro, can revs up a bit faster due to less rotational mass. Con, Engine RPM's drop faster due to less rotational mass.

i have a 9.5 pound flywheel and a exety clutch. loveing it..all pros for me...people say that it makes the car harder to drive..but i notice nothing but gains. but you have to shift faster :-D...you'll like it don't worry you won't have any regrets :-D

thanks guys i heard that u lose rpms alot faster but ill see when its all ready ill update thanks
