Default Quick Suspension ?

Last minute ordering of new suspension... I have the tein basic and they are wayyyyyyy to bouncy.. ****** waste of $$$.. anyways im going with gc/koni yellow setup and I just need to know the preffered spring rate for the gc's for a integra 95, basically all street driven and a lil auto x. I live in Ny so the streets are fucked up so I cant have something too stiff... thankz guyz...

call ground-control and they will speak with you on the phone about the rates, whats good for what you want and what some of the staff have tried and liked. the recommended 380/430 for an EK civic sedan, however integra may be different, call em. number is on their site ground-control.com

oh ight sounds good.. the only thing is i was going to order a combo deal instead of ordering straight from groundcontrol. I guess if whoever i order from doesnt have the specific spring rate i need then i'll just order seperate

ya if ground-control recommends 400/450 and the person you want to buy from only has 375/425 close enough, but speaking with ground-control will let you get their opinion which i think in your case (you don't want to stiff) will help. 400 on roads like that will probably be hella stiff, but their off the shelf rates are 380/280
