okay my car keeps overheating when im driving, i got a jdm b16a in it, my question is will an oem honda thermostat for a b16a2 work. if not what model car do i need one off of if i goto napa or autozone? wanna fix this today.

 

You should be able to go to autozone and tell them what car the b16a came from and get that thermostat. Odds are it will be 170 degrees and should work fine.

Make sure you bleed your cooling system because teh overheating might be caused by air in your cooling system.

 

yeah i think its fixxed, new rad cap and fresh fluids( water a lil anti freeze and a bottle of water wetter) but im replacing the thermostat ne way.
