Any d-series header would bolt up to that head. As far as having it bolt right up to your exhaust, I really don't know. But I'd suspect just a few bones to have an exhaust shop make it fit.

Chikara headers by hedman, like 120 for the basic deal or 180 for the "performance" one. Decent header for the money.

Now that I am work, I have and would switch between for ***** and giggles if I had a running motor -

DC Sports - 4-1 - Designed for D16Y8
Relocate O2 sensor and you are done, I payed 125$ for it used two years ago and I couldn't be happier. I can get this sucker in and out in no time...granted though that the front crossmember has to come down a bit to let the header slide out of the bay.

Knockoff - 4-2-1 Designed for any D-series?
Gives you TWO spots to mount the O2 sensor and since it is a two piece, installation is even easier. Even though I feel I am one to still install it in one piece, but that is just me.

You want a Chikara header. My friend is selling one for your d-series. http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=1267463

I can vouch for him, good guy.
