Default KYB GR-2

Hi. i am thinking about buying these kyb gr-2 shocks for my ek. i was wondering if anybody knows how it rides. tx

for stock applications they will be fine, but if you plan on lowering them, you may encounter some problems down the line.

the gr-2s are oem replacement shocks.

o but i kind have sum h&r springs on them . But would it be a decent ride cuz my stocks shock are dead.

i run gr-2 on my car with skunk2 coilovers, never a problem. also no other people that tun them with no problems. in my opinion a damn good shock

Which H&R springs? I'd say no... those arent going to last very long and wont ride very good, like the other guy said their oe replacements. I'd go with bilstein HD's/koni yellows/Tokico illuminas.

This has been covered many times, do a search.

if i were you id just save it up till you can get some nice adjustable shocks. imo its not worth it to spend 200 now, ride around on it for a while, then have to spend another 400 to fix it. i rather spend 400 and have it done right the first time.

im in the same boat right now, i decided to save though.
