Just got K20R Motor Tuned, Feel Free to chime in with some insight or comments.
Yea about week ago i got my K20 R motor Tuned at AR Fab in Winchester Virginia. To anyone in The Virgnia area i reccomend Howard Thier tuner, Highly. He is good with any system, as hes very versatile, but he claims he could pulled at tad bit more out of my car if i was running AEM EMS.
But regardless im happy with my power output.
This is a comparison of my first baseline run, to my second to last run where i made the most power.
This is the first graph, It is uncorrected.

This is the same graph in STD form.

And heres the same Graph In SAE Form.

And to give you guys an idea of what the conditions were like this is for you.

And to those wondering my mods:
Motor: k20aR
Header: DTR 4-2-1
Cams: ITR
Intake: 3inch oys Filter on a Stick(If i had my velocity stack on there im sure i could of pulled better numbers)
exhaust: 2.5 Inch Collector'd Header, Mated back to a full 3inch Exhaust with a 3inch Burns Stainless Muffler To Muffle the sound.
Tranny: ITR w/ 4.7 FD
Misc Mods: NONE
Track info:
Done on AVS ES 100s before tuning on base map ( also on real Street Tires):
60ft: 2.037
330: 5.582
1/8: 8.467
MPH: 85.37
1000: 10.947
1/4: 13.057
MPH: 106.74
Anyone, please feel free to chime in, im a newb when it comes to dynotuning and analyzing graphs.

Better with AEM...and of course, they sell them I bet
Anyways, what ems do you have now?
Whatever it is, 13 flat all motor on ES100's is damn good. I'm hoping I can even get into 13's on Parada's after I finish the first step of my boost project.

Yea man, i run hondata. LOL
But yea, i kept the loss of traction in as much control as i could even though it was just spinning. I managed a 2.0 somehow. lol

I've done about 5whp more with the same setup...The VTC prolly needs alittle work...it's very time consuming and gets expensive when you are paying hourly.

I could in fact spent more time......but like you said it gets expensive....
Yes we sell Alot of AEM's....but I have sold Hondata's ever since Doug brought it to SEMA in a Breifcase demonstrating it on a podium in the middle of an isle!
You can do more when using a more versitile software....but both are great systems!

did you guys do any VTC (cam degree) tuning? I assume you did - graph looks great...I bet with VTC you could get table flat tq from 3000 on up

nice numbers. your tuner is right about the EMS. we baselined our streetcar with basicaly the same setup. we have hytech header and ems and baselined 221hp and 160tq. we are going to the dyno this week for actual tuning.
