How to: Make your 94-96 USDM fog light switch!
Courtesy of wstef, here is a how-to make your own fog light switch from a hazard switch!
Here's a picture of the plug, but this is off of a Scandanavian Prelude. The USDM ones might be different, but in order to change the configuration, you take off the pin from one hole and put in another to match the circuit in switch. To take off the pin you have to release the blocking tab on plug and then use the needle - there are hatches that hold every pin in its place.

About this next picture, this is what he said: "I just realized that the second connection (so adding a soldering to connect two printed circuits) will probably be not necessary in US car, as it has 4 wires coming to the switch. An European car has 3 wires only, there is common ground for the lamp inside the switch. For the US one it should be 4.

He took a fog light symbol from a different car and put it in place of the hazard button here to make it look more OEM. To be honest with you, I wouldn't have known the difference had I not seen the original before.

Thank you so much for the help wstef, and this is the least I could do by helping you to share what you've done to others!

Yes, I was looking for thie switch for a long time, and as it is discontinued, so cannot be ordered even at honda, I didn't want to pay any crazy price for it on ebay (sometimes over $100 !!!).
First I tried to put the switch from some old civic, but once I realized that the hole for it is exactly the same as for hazard switch
even if it looks to be different.
The hazard switch costed me less than $10 in junkyard

So how to do step by step:
1. Disassemble switch from the rear (so plug) side and extract the printed board.
2. Desolder all 3 diodes - no more necessary.
3. Make a short in place of one diode as shown

4. The second connection (so adding a solder to short two lines of rinted circuit) is ONLY if the white plug for switch has 3 wires (generally european car). In euro car there is no DIMMER thing shown in diagram - the bulb is just grounded - there is an internal connection in european version of the switch.
If there are 4 wires in your car, skip this step.

5. It may be necessary to change position of pins in plug to match the circuit in switch - take off the blocking tab from plug, use a needle to unlock the pin. There are hatches that hold every pin in its place.
Put the pins to be OK with this diagram. It is very easy when you have the printed board extracted:
6. For the symbol, just make an excursion to jynkyard
I found the plate from another car that was a bit bigger, it had to be fileed to fit the hole in honda switch, after triangle symbol plate was pushed out from inside of switch.

This is an euro prelude 1997:

The upper one is for rear fog lights, the lower (same size as 4th gen front fog switch that I did from hazard switch) is for front optional fog lights

92-93: You can use your cruise switch for a fog switch too. It is the same as the 5th gen, just different face and orange bulb.
5th gen fog switch and 4th gen cruise switch.

yeah, but that would be pretty stupid pushing the cruise control button and having that turn on your fog lights... Hey, is the "cruise" on that button supposed to light up? Cause mine doesn't and i'm not sure if it's just burnt out or what. Cause if it is then i could convert it to a fog light switch like how wstef did right...?

It lights up green. The cruise light on the dash will not come on. Just the light on the switch.
If you removed your cruise control like me, you might as well use that switch for something.

oh really? awesome
So what has to be modified with the wiring?
